At Max, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags. If your new fashion find isn't the perfect fit, we are here to make the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Max account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping packaging or a secure box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
